Building a Healthcare Brand Made to Move
Branding • Commercial Photography • Website • Print • Advertising
Get Physical Rx came to Market Creativity with a clear mission: help people move better, feel stronger and get back to living their lives. Our job was to build a brand and marketing presence that carried that energy everywhere patients encountered them—from the building and business cards to the website and local media.
We created a cohesive visual identity, original photography and marketing materials designed to establish Get Physical Rx as a recognizable physical therapy and balance center in the Spring, Texas community.
Professional enough to build trust, energetic enough to feel like progress.
The Challenge
Physical therapy is personal. Patients aren't simply choosing a provider—they're trusting someone to help them regain mobility, manage pain or recover from an injury.
Get Physical Rx needed a brand that felt professional enough to inspire confidence without feeling overly clinical or intimidating. It also needed to work across very different environments: exterior signage, referral materials, digital marketing, advertising and a growing website.
The goal was to create one recognizable brand experience across all of them.
Building the Brand
We developed the Get Physical Rx identity around movement, strength and positive forward progress.
The blue and yellow visual system created a bright, energetic presence that could stand apart from the muted palettes often associated with healthcare. The identity was then carried across physical and digital applications, including the practice's exterior signage and branded business materials.
The result was a brand that could be recognized whether someone drove past the clinic, received a referral piece from a physician or landed on the website.
Commercial Photography
Rather than build the website around generic healthcare stock photography, we photographed the actual facility, equipment, providers and treatment environment.
Turning the brand into a patient resource.
The Get Physical Rx website needed to do more than look good. It needed to answer the questions prospective patients were already asking.
We organized the experience around clear treatment information, provider introductions and prominent appointment calls to action.
Treatment content helped explain services ranging from balance and vestibular rehabilitation to cupping therapy and strength and conditioning. The supporting referral materials reinforced the breadth of conditions the practice could address.
The website brought the photography, messaging and brand together into one digital home designed to move visitors from “Can they help me?” to “How do I make an appointment?”
One brand.
Every touchpoint.
Referral Marketing
Get Physical Rx wasn't only communicating with patients. Physicians and healthcare providers were an important referral audience, so we created collateral that quickly identified the injuries, symptoms and conditions appropriate for referral.
THE STRATEGY
Give referral partners something useful enough to keep.
Great Day Houston
Taking the brand to a larger audience.
We also worked with Get Physical Rx on a local advertising campaign with KHOU's Great Day Houston, helping bring the practice and its expertise to a broader Houston audience. We coached them before hand and were there for support through the entire shoot day.
BRAND → WEBSITE → COLLATERAL → MEDIA
When the audience saw Get Physical Rx on television and looked them up afterward, there was already a complete, cohesive brand waiting for them.
The Get Physical Rx Brand Ecosystem
What started as branding became a complete ecosystem.
Brand identity → Photography → Signage → Business cards → Referral materials → Website → Local advertising
Each piece had a different job, but they all needed to feel unmistakably Get Physical Rx. That consistency helped transform the practice from simply having marketing materials into having a brand presence.
Good marketing should move with your business.
Get Physical Rx didn't need a collection of disconnected marketing pieces. They needed a brand that could work everywhere—from the front of their building to a physician's office to a television screen.
That's the kind of work we love: finding the bigger picture, then making every piece work together.
Your business doesn't live in one place.
Neither should your brand.
From the sign on your building to your website, social channels, print materials and advertising, every touchpoint should feel like the same business.
